A 1:10 ratio of coaches to delegates
Everybody is different, and everybody learns differently. There's no classroom style lectures here, instead, it's hands-on, self-paced, peer learning at its best!
To ensure everyone is well supported, we'll commit to providing one coach for every ten delegates. Our coaches are trained in a wide variety of practices and technologies, from cloud to IaaS to innovation coaching.
There's always someone on hand to help, inspire and coach. Though just sometimes, you might also find us leaving you to find the answer yourself - it can be the best way to learn! Often the journey is more important than the destination.
Your place or ours?
From small events for ten people, to a hundred or more, we can provide an event that fits within your existing spaces, or we can arrange somewhere for you - from inspirational indoor-outdoor country lakeside venues to trendy modern city centre makerspaces.
In person, virtual or hybrid - no matter your requirements, we can provide the best experience that fits your staff and their working patterns. We can also provide audio/visual services to record, stream, and make accessible all the fantastic projects to an audience across your organisation.
We can also provide specialised, offline and air-gapped events for those with strict confidentiality or security requirements.
Your technology, or ours?
If you already have innovation / sandbox / development environments for use, we can build events around your existing platform.
Otherwise, we can provide everything for you - from high spec developer laptops to virtual and mixed reality headsets, 3D printers, single board computers, robotics and more!
With our setup, developers can be hands-on and productive within 60 minutes of arriving at the venue, no lengthy setup and installations - we take care of it all for you.
